QUALITY CONTROL

 



Parts quality control involves a number of stages throughout the industrial process.

 

Non-destructive testing:

  • 3D inspection (spatial measurement of the part)
  • Fluorescent dye-penetrant (detection of surface defects such as cracking or splitting)
  • Radiography
  • Helium mass spectrometer leaktightness check
  • Pneumatic test (leaktightness)

Destructive testing :

  • Fatigue bench testing
  • Hydroburst test
